Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at ESS. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing therapy to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • (Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Colorado Department of Education License Required
  • Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
