We are seeking an accomplished Anesthesiology Vice Chief to join our team at Envision Physician Services. As a leader in our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for supporting the continued development of the department and participating in key hospital committees as required by hospital leadership.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with leadership from HCA Ocala Hospital and coordinate staffing and scheduling with the Chief MD and GME Program Director.
* Recognize talent within the department and delegate for committees, ensuring effective communication with administration.
* Participate in academic affiliation with UCF School of Medicine, involving 27 rotating anesthesia residents.
* Enjoy a variety of cases, including Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, and Robotics, without Peds or OB responsibilities.
* Have home call for physicians, with one week on call followed by a post-call week off, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary range: $275,000 - $375,000 per year, depending on experience.
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, and life insurance, as well as 401K and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
* Additional stipend for continuing medical education and work-related expenses.
