Overnight Custodian

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Supply Management: Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Reporting and Communication: Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Lost and Found: Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.

• Custodial Experience: Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are must-haves.
• Third Shift Availability: Ability to work third shift is a must.
• Work Ethic and Honesty: Honesty and exceptional work ethic are essential.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems independently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Reaching and Lifting: Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift. Occasional lifting over 80 pounds.
• Climbing and Balancing: Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Toxic Chemicals: Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
