Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of two years as a Health Care Administrator or AIT
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License
  • Prior experience in staff development, including hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude to learn new applications
