About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA treatment programs to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
  • Provide direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
  • Work with clients & families to implement client treatment plan
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
  • Complete daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Completed OR RBT Certification Required
  • Must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm
  • Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
  • English fluency required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
  • Patient and passionate to serve clients of varying ability
  • Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
