Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current state RN license or multistate compact license
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
