We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Platinum Host to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to Topgolf is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Assist with Reservations and Seating: Ensure seamless reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
• Provide Menu Information and Promotions: Offer detailed information about our menu, specials, and promotions, helping our guests make informed decisions.
• Address Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Management and Service Staff: Collaborate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service and a seamless experience.
• Upsell Menu Items and Promote Loyalty Programs: Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs, enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue growth.

• Sales-Driven and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong sales acumen and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Outstanding Guest Service and Problem-Solving Abilities: Provide exceptional guest service and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ensuring that every guest issue is resolved promptly and effectively.
