Key Responsibilities:

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving retail success. This position entails providing world-class service by utilizing a tailored approach to meet guests' needs.

This results in increased store sales, profitability, and guest loyalty through delivering an outstanding in-store experience for every guest. Our goal is to ensure that each guest's expectations are met, and our brand image is properly represented.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and professionally engage every guest to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Follow our sales approach with each guest to maximize average sales per guest and achieve above-minimum category sales goals.
  • Contact customers after product delivery to ensure total satisfaction and establish next steps for continued service.
  • Complete post-sales order entry and administration processes efficiently.
  • Continuously improve sales performance by utilizing available learning tools and sales programs.
  • Maintain high levels of knowledge about our products, promotions, and store sales functions.
  • Demonstrate our Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the home furnishings industry to establish a solid foundation for our products.
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers an estimated hourly rate of $16.28-$18.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn weekly and monthly incentives based on sales performance. We also provide profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation time, and Washington Paid Sick Leave.
