Telecom Construction Foreman

Job Summary

Team Fishel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Construction Foreman to join our team in Cambridge, Ohio. As a key member of our Telecom Construction division, you will be responsible for leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on various size projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
• Develop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays
• Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure work meets customer specification and industry standards
• Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during their work

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the industry
• Experience running a crew of 4 to 5
• Valid CDL-A is strongly desired
• Limited travel required
