Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider Cardiologist

Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking a Full Time Cardiac Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at our West Clinic in Nashville, TN.

Job Highlights:
  • Full Time M-F
  • Supporting individual physician patients in hospital as well as caring for your own panel of clinic patients

Requirements:
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    • Required Credential(s):
      • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Education:
    • Master's degree of Nursing required.
