Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating production lines and running machinery in a manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on coffee packaging lines, including coffee flavoring, grinding, roasting, and loading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to set-up and operating specifications for each product
  • Make appropriate machine adjustments to ensure food safety and quality
  • Perform changeovers and set-ups on assigned packaging equipment to minimize machine downtime
  • Comply with all employee and food safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift to 40lbs
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and solid attendance
  • Ability to take direction and carry out tasks
  • Ability to learn and operate independently
  • Computer skills are needed for some machines
  • Ability to work over-time as needed
