Join Our Team as a Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Telecare Corp. as a Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) Clinician. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in need.

About the Role

As a Clinician, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to emergency/crisis events in the community across San Diego County
  • Providing onsite therapeutic interventions to persons and families in crisis
  • Collaborating with other First Responders as needed to provide onsite crisis support
  • Acting as a leader for the dispatched mobile team, providing clinical guidance and instruction to team members
  • Completing a concise assessment to paint a clinical picture of the member's needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Making appropriate referrals for placement, case management, and aftercare services, as assigned
  • Developing and maintaining an awareness of community resources
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • A current associate license with the CA BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC
  • (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Your own personal vehicle for work-related purposes
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in outpatient clinics or community mental health services with two (2) years of direct clinical service is preferred.
