**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an organized and physically fit Equipment Handler to join our team at US Tech Force - Fond du Lac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, working in the paint prep area, and supporting other departments as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Loading and unloading trucks manually and using a forklift
  • Assisting in the paint prep area
  • Supporting other departments as needed

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Manufacturing background preferred but willing to train
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen

**Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.
