We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Unit team at MultiCare Health System. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, as required by the facility or department.
- One (1) year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a Cardiovascular Unit.
