Job Summary

Velocity Rail Solutions is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team. As a Locomotive Fueling Driver, you will be responsible for fueling trains on an on-call basis, working closely with the Railroad to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities
  • Fuel trains on an on-call basis, working closely with the Railroad to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Operate a dedicated truck, equipped with specialized equipment, to fuel trains 24/7/365 days a year
  • Work independently and with minimal supervision, with the ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Meet all refinery carding requirements and maintain current refinery certifications
  • Clear all background checks required by the company, customer, and government
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with hazardous materials and tanker endorsements required
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Must know when to ask for help
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
