Job Summary

">

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and wellness outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

">

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities, range of motion, strength, coordination, and overall mobility to create tailored treatment plans.

  • Develop and implement various physical therapy interventions, including strengthening exercises, range of motion exercises, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment approaches and provide guidance on proper posture, movement techniques, and body mechanics to prevent future injury.

  • Provide education and support to patients on the importance of following their prescribed physical therapy regimen and teach them strategies to manage pain and promote physical wellness through techniques like stretching, strengthening exercises, and ergonomic modifications.

  • Work closely with patients and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care throughout the treatment process.

  • Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and document effectiveness of therapies.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.

  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working with diverse patient populations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
