Job Summary

The Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your product knowledge, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with their home improvement projects by providing product information, demos, and expert advice
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves, downstocking/overstocking, and performing cycle counts
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unassisted
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
