Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandise presentation and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients by listening actively, asking questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our brand positioning, current marketing initiatives, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Compensation
