This full-time role offers competitive compensation of up to $17/hr, along with opportunities for paid training and certification, ensuring your professional growth in the automotive service industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and replacements.
  • Deliver efficient and effective repair services to minimize customer complaints.
  • Maintain shop equipment in optimal condition while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
  • Communicate mechanical repair issues to store management promptly.
  • Operate all equipment and customer vehicles with safety and responsibility.
  • Foster strong communication with team members and support departments.
  • Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with legal regulations, including OSHA requirements.
  • Possess experience in passenger and light truck maintenance, oil changes, tire repairs, and minor automotive repairs.

Work Schedule:
This position offers a full work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with most locations closing at 2 PM on Saturday, allowing for Sundays off.

Employment Type:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Automotive Maintenance and Lube Specialist up to $17/hr)
