We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our supportive team at Soliant. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with various disabilities, including learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, and autism spectrum disorders.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of each student in the classroom.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success and progress.
- Use data-driven methods to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, attendance, and IEP goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid state teaching license with Special Education endorsement required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range starting at $35 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of special education experience and be able to work with students in grades K-5.
