- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Participate in clinical research, staying up-to-date with the latest medical advances and best practices.
- Advocate for patients within their healthcare team, ensuring they receive the care they need.
- Contribute to hospital-wide policies and approaches that improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen our communities through award-winning care and workplaces.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in a field of specialty, if applicable.
