Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Tech at Great River Health System, you will operate stationary and mobile radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with radiologists and physicians to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body. Your expertise will include general anatomy, technical factors, DR imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, and basic computer skills. You will be responsible for producing quality images and maintaining valid licensure/certification/registration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate radiographic equipment in general radiography, fluoroscopy, surgery, and other areas as needed.
• Produce quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, DR imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, and basic computer skills.
• Maintain valid licensure/certification/registration.

Requirements:

• Iowa Permit to Practice – Radiography
• ARRT Registered
