- Develop design details and plan sets for both commercial and residential projects.

- Maintain effective communication with clients, review agencies, and internal teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- EIT Certification.
- Experience in engineering site planning and subdivision design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D technology.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations for construction documentation.
- Expertise in creating design details and plan sets.
- Experience in obtaining plan approvals from government entities.
- Project management capabilities.
- Conducting engineering feasibility studies.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a mix of on-site and remote work. The role entails a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with a structured schedule. You will collaborate with a team of CAD Technicians, focusing on both engineering and surveying tasks.
