Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Competitive salary range: $106,852 - $150,351.49/year
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
- Starting Bonus - $10,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
- Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
