  • The candidate's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the central facility to be eligible to apply.
  • Orientation consists of 16 nonbillable hours.
  • Adherence to a 45:1 nurse-to-patient ratio is essential.
  • Compliance with travel policies is crucial, including addressing any background issues.
  • RNs who previously worked as staff within the organization must have a gap of 366 days before being considered for a travel position.
  • Travelers are expected to be the first to float.
  • More than one call-off is grounds for termination, and failure to show up without a call is grounds for immediate termination.
