Nurse Development Program

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a unique training opportunity. Our Nurse Development Program is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship for new grad RNs and those with less than one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitor and document effectiveness of intervention and progress toward established goals
- Intervene as applicable to changes in condition and report such changes to appropriate supervisor and/or physician
- Document all physician collaboration/coordination of care in the medical record and communicate this information as needed
- Monitor the safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment including universal precautions
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN License
- Current CPR
- PPD or chest X ray if applicable
