Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and Unload Merchandise: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from customers, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive Sales Profitably: Drive sales profitably by being part of the supply chain efforts in delivering what our customers want and when they want it.
  • Maintain a Clean and Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Operate Equipment Safely: Operate equipment such as hand trucks and safety knives safely and efficiently, following company procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to Safely Operate Equipment: Ability to safely operate equipment such as hand trucks and safety knives.
  • Ability to Lift and Maneuver Merchandise: Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise up to 100 pounds, frequently, and handle/manipulate up to 250 pounds, frequently.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to Stand and Walk: Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours or more daily.
  • Ability to Lift and Bend: Ability to lift and bend for 8 hours or more daily.
  • Ability to Work in a Confined Space: Ability to work in a confined space, with limited visibility and mobility.
