  • Operate Company Vehicles: Safely drive company-provided vehicles to deliver products to customers.
  • Stock and Rotate Ingredients: Maintain a well-stocked inventory of ingredients and supplies in the delivery vehicle and at the delivery location.
  • Prepare Products: Prepare and package products for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Process Orders: Receive and process customer orders, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Count Inventory and Complete Paperwork: Conduct regular inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Clean Equipment and Facility: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the delivery vehicle and facility, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
Customer Service Skills

As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to:

  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and politely communicate with customers and colleagues, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Additional Requirements

In addition to the key responsibilities and customer service skills outlined above, you will also be expected to:
