  • Proactively reach out to customers to set appointments for periodic financial reviews and cross-sell products and services.
  • Establish close working relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, and enhance year-over-year revenue growth.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities and advanced math functions.
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
  • Working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
Working Conditions

This position requires normal office environment and extended viewing of computer screens. Travel may be required for training and scheduling flexibility.
