Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality. Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products to maintain a well-organized environment.
- Health Aids Department Maintenance: Assist with maintaining the health aids department, including restocking and cleaning.
- Technology and Flexibility: Learn and implement new technologies, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work roles and responsibilities.
- Teamwork and Support: Willingly assist colleagues in other areas of the store or nearby locations as needed.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
