Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Woman's Hospital. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper, safe, and efficient operation of our mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular surveys of plant equipment to identify and address any deficiencies or issues.
- Test and analyze equipment and systems to diagnose and resolve defects.
- Install and modify equipment and operating systems as needed, following specifications and supervisor's directions.
- Perform construction tasks, including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and finishing work, as assigned by supervisor.
- Ensure maintenance assignments are completed thoroughly and systematically to prevent the need for call-backs.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Completion of an apprenticeship, trade school, or similar program preferred, or equivalent of four years of actual work experience.
- Three years of experience in maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems required.
- Fundamental knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and metal working required.
- All shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Competitive pay rate of $23.14 per hour.
- Evening differential of $3.25 per hour.
- Night differential of $4.00 per hour.
- Call pay of $3.96 per hour.
- $150 employee referral bonus.
