Motorsport Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motorsport Customer Application Engineer to join our team at Bosch Motorsport North America. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in professional motorsport series within North America.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support and application engineering services to our motorsport customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment of application activities relevant to development of motorsport products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits and trackside support to ensure seamless integration of our products and tools.
- Contribute to the development of future products and tools, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of motorsport technology.
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, computer, mechatronics, mechanical (with software or controls emphasis) engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in application engineering or calibration engineering (academic or industry experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in account management in a client interfacing role (complete customer journey cycle).
- Industry experience in professional motorsport, significant FSAE, or equivalent.
- Experience working with ICE, hybrid, and/or battery electric vehicles.
- Experience with programming and scripting, including MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and data processing.
- Hands-on automotive experience related to holistic vehicle system design and analysis.
- Experience with test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscope, CANalyzer, dSPACE, and ETAS prototyping systems.
- Experience with networks and related technologies, including IP and cloud.
