Job Summary

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mail Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our mailroom operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages to designated recipients and departments.
  • Collecting and processing outgoing mail and courier shipments in a timely manner.
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate records and logs of mailing activities.
  • Performing data entry tasks as needed.
  • Managing inventory control of mail and shipment supplies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment, preferably with FedEx and/or UPS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
