  • Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Requirements:

  • Current Florida Registered Nurse License.
  • BLS Certification.

Travel Requirements:

  • Daily travel within the Treasure Coast Market.
  • Visits to patient homes, clinics, and labs.
