You will work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare to all.
Responsibilities- Manage health problems and coordinate high-quality primary medical care in partnership with our integrated practice team.
- Collaborate with our team to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare.
- Work closely with our providers and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification in the Family or Pediatric specialty area.
- Valid license to practice medicine issued by the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Board certified at hire and will be expected to maintain appropriate board certification, licensure, and membership in professional organizations.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain credentials as a Medicaid and Medicare provider.
- 1+ years of progressive experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
