Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to provide quality care to our residents at Nashua Crossings.
We offer competitive hourly rates between $18.50-$19.75 for Full Time, Part Time, & Per Diem Opportunities on all shifts.
Job OverviewAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents within a warm and comfortable environment.
CNA Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff members.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support to enhance their overall well-being.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care and attention.
- Perform other duties as required.
- A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is mandatory.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living communities is preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is highly desired.
