Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby. As a CRNA with NorthStar Anesthesia, you will have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team.

What We Offer
  • Care Team Model with 1:3 or 1:4 ratios, great culture for CRNAs clinically
  • Top of Market Base Salary $228K
  • Incentives, Stipends & $65K Sign on Bonus, OT & extra shift shift pay - extra holiday compensation
  • Generous PTO: 7 weeks
  • Full Time, W2
  • Flexible Scheduling - No nights, weekends or call. Monday through Friday, with 8-10 hour shifts or a combination thereof.
  • Diverse case mix: Cardiac (not required), General Surgery, ENT, GI, Orthopedic, GYN, Podiatry, Plastics, IR, Urology
  • Relocation assistance is Negotiable
