We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Unit team at OhioHealth. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Successful completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course.
