  • Manage the fax queue efficiently.
  • Disseminate patient communications regarding appointments, tests, and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer phone calls, screen inquiries, retrieve records from storage, and maintain the reception and waiting area.
  • Prepare, organize, and file/scan patient records.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
Preferred:
  • Experience in clerical roles and familiarity with medical terminology.
Infection Control: Initial and ongoing training related to infection control protocols, which may encompass bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, and biohazardous materials relevant to daily operations.

Patient Interaction: Frequent engagement with patients.
