Role Summary: As a member of a collaborative team, you will engage in various conservation initiatives aimed at improving hiking, biking, and skiing trails across the state. This role involves hands-on work that may include the construction of stone staircases, timber structures, and the restoration of access to cherished natural sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering essential topics such as backcountry wellness, environmental ethics, and safety standards.
• Engage in physical conservation projects that may involve building new trails, rehabilitating existing paths, and performing maintenance tasks.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely while adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
