Job Summary
As a Patient Care Specialist - Inpatient Rehabilitation at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, utilizing your expertise and compassion to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will provide direct patient care, using therapeutic communication to build trust and rapport with our patients and their families.
- You will assess patient needs, identifying areas where we can improve care delivery and quality.
- You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- You will participate in performance improvement activities, ensuring that our hospital continues to meet the highest standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- You must have a current license to practice nursing in Tennessee or a Compact State.
- You must have a minimum of one year of RN experience.
- You must have current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
