Senior Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving lives through rehabilitation.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote optimal health and well-being for our pediatric patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination issues.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote physical function, prevent disability, and enhance quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois.
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations and demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
