Job SummaryAs a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Crow Holdings, you will play a critical role in the Real Estate Group, working on both acquisition and asset management capacities across all product types. Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive financial models using Excel and ARGUS to evaluate investment opportunities and forecast performance
- Assist in transaction execution and due diligence processes for various property types
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
- Evaluate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Prepare presentation materials and support investment decisions
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections and market research reports

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting (graduating Spring 2025)
