Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional meal service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery areas
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, serving, and cleaning up
  • Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, promoting a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless meal service and high-quality food presentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a long-term care or food service setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
