About the Job
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) 2, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical interventions.
- Assess patient data and develop individualized plans of care to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and revise care plans as needed.
- Supervise and direct other nursing staff, including Licensed Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of prior clinical nursing experience, with evidence of effective teamwork and communication skills.
