Construction Manager

Position Overview:

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction operations related to a wide array of project initiatives aimed at enhancing academic facilities, addressing community requirements, and executing facility improvements. The scope of projects encompasses renovations, new constructions, system enhancements, and urgent response situations. The Construction Manager works closely with project teams and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a closely related field, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial or institutional construction projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, regulatory building codes, and operational systems.
