Robert Greco is seeking a skilled Residential Roofing Supervisor to oversee and direct our roofing installation teams. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of daily operations related to all residential roofing projects. This role involves close collaboration with the management team to assess staffing requirements, establish timelines for tasks, and enforce safety measures among the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project meetings on-site with the team.
• Set project timelines, safety protocols, and work schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities based on priorities and plans, adjusting as needed due to weather, supply issues, or personnel changes.
• Assign specific responsibilities and tasks to crew members.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure adequate resources are available to meet project timelines, legal requirements, best practices, and safety standards.
• Promote safe practices in the use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training on safety equipment and procedures.
• Oversee project budgets and maintain quality standards across all sites.
• Address conflicts or miscommunications promptly and effectively.
• Regularly update supervisors on project progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with inspectors and administrative personnel.
• Effective decision-making abilities.
• Leadership skills to delegate tasks efficiently to lower-level managers and workers.
• Ability to clearly communicate information to clients and team members.
• Technical knowledge for understanding construction methods and technologies.
• Time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and construction phases are completed on schedule.
