The Matian Firm is a distinguished legal practice in the Las Vegas region, committed to safeguarding clients' rights with outstanding service and results. We are currently in search of a Junior Immigration Lawyer to become a part of our team and develop alongside us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clarify immigration principles and offer strategic advice
  • Advocate for clients in deportation hearings
  • Oversee a diverse caseload and engage with clients
  • Draft various immigration petitions
  • Work collaboratively with the Immigration Team
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience in Immigration Law
  • Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with different immigration petitions
  • Skilled in Case Management Software
