  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • Registration through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret assessment data and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and services.
