  • Operate High Reach Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate high reach forklifts to move goods throughout the warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all goods are properly stored and labeled.
  • Product Handling: Handle and move products with care, adhering to all handling and storage procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory levels, ensuring that all goods are accurately counted and recorded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to understand instructions, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit, and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
